Letowt & Bliss LLC was established in 1999, a partnership between Letowt Associates, Inc and C.R. Bliss & Co., PC. Letowt Associates had been an accounting software provider since the mid 1980's. The merger provided C R Bliss an opportunity to expand its own computer consulting business. The accounting software products provided a source of software and support for companies too large or complex for QuickBooks.

The company supports Sage Pro Source solutions, which are open-source accounting software packages that assist the medium to large businesses.
