Bliss, Allred & Co. LLC was formed in May 2006. The creation of this company was the combination of Matthew Allred of Newtown, CT, and C. R. Bliss & Co., P.C. of Brookfield, CT with the association of Accurate Accounting Services of Norwalk, CT. The offices of CR Bliss were merged into the new location of Bliss Allred in August 2006 at 235 Main Street, Danbury, CT. Charlie Bliss formed CR Bliss in 1991 with the assistance of Sara Woodin. Accurate Accounting Services continues to operate out of its Norwalk, CT facility, where Robert Allred (Matt's father) has been servicing clients of southern Fairfield County CT since 1976.

Bliss, Allred & Co. LLC is a full service certified public accounting firm, providing traditional accounting and tax services, including tax preparation, planning, write-up, financial statement preparation, and business advisory services. In addition to these traditional services, Bliss, Allred & Co. LLC provides small business computing consulting through it's affiliate, Letowt & Bliss, LLC, focusing on installation and support of Sage Pro source accounting software. Bliss, Allred & Co. LLC provides assistance to small businesses in the implementation of QuickBooks accounting software, providing training, installment of the software and support in its utilization.
